Although we hope that you love all your Short Story items, we do have a returns policy in place if you are not completely happy with your purchase.
For full priced items, you can return them within 30 days for a refund or store credit. The item(s) must be received in original condition and packaging if applicable. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

Please note that the cost of return postage is at your own expense. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. It is recommended that you keep a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.
Due to health regulations, pierced jewellery (ie. earrings) cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Unfortunately, Short Story does not offer exchanges but will happily refund your order or provide you with a store credit. If you would like to speak to someone directly please call 03 9738 1906 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or store credit (unless deemed faulty).
However if you have purchased a full price item with a promotional discount code, it is still classified as a full price item and you will be eligible for a refund of the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us.
