There is a flat shipping fee of $25 USD.

There is a flat shipping fee of $35 CAD.

For any other countries not mentioned on this page, the following international shipping rates will apply:

All orders are shipped via DHL International Express from Melbourne, Australia within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. If a shipping delay occurs, we will aim to inform customers of the issue within 3 days.

All orders made are final, and we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately once the package has been shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Short Story is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your delivery and tracking details.

 

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven't received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please try the following:

1. Check your junk/spam folder.
2. Mark the email as safe.
3. Add contact@shortstorygift.com as a "Trusted Sender" or add it to your contacts.

RETURN TO SENDER

For shipping addresses, we strongly recommend that you use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. 

If a parcel is returned to Short Story because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $25 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $25 off the total order amount to cover handling & postage fees. Short Story is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Order value is calculated after any promotional codes are applied.
  • Estimated delivery times are in business days and exclude weekends and local public holidays. 
  • The expected delivery times quoted do not allow for the picking and packing of orders, which will generally take 1 - 3 days after your order confirmation is received.
  • During busy periods such as Mother's Day or Christmas, there may be a delay of up to 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping fees may be adjusted without prior notice.
