Wall Art Warranty Policy
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of an acceptable quality that is not to the extent of a major failure.
Subject to this policy, in the case that your Wall Art arrives damaged, faulty or bearing any imperfection, we will arrange a pickup at our cost and have it repaired in our warehouse. If deemed irreparable, we will ensure that a replacement or refund is arranged as soon as possible.
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
Short Story warrants its Wall Art products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship commencing from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months. Subject to this policy and Short Story’s discretion, we will repair or replace without charge any products that have a defect or major failure, given that they are in original, unaltered and unmodified condition.
It should be noted that due to the handmade nature of our Wall Art products, some discrepancies will be unavoidable and should be seen as a unique quality. As such, these discrepancies are not covered by this warranty policy.

Proof of purchase is required to process a warranty claim.
This warranty policy does not cover the following:
Damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time.
Damage caused by unauthorized modification of the product.
Damage caused by outdoor elements. Short Story’s Wall Art products are intended for indoor use only.
Damage caused by natural disasters.
Theft or loss of the product.
